Return Policy
Returns
For the international orders, we don't accept returns after purchase due to:
1. The shipping freight is high and shipping time is long
2. It is hard to clear China customs and extra taxes will be caused.
For the US and some European orders, we can accept return, you can contact our customer service cs@tayogo.com to get return address. Postage to return is covered by sender.
Only some of broken parts can be returned after our customer service agree.
Don't worry, we will send you the replacement parts if your item broken within 6 months warranty (Improper use cased damage is not covered).
