Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed directly through Tayogo.com and is provided by Tayogo Technology Limited.
1. Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing may take longer during holidays, promotions or for special orders. The total delivery estimates below already include processing.
2. Shipping Origin
Depending on product availability and the destination, orders may be shipped from one of our fulfillment locations, including facilities in China or other regions. Shipping origin does not change your order total unless otherwise shown at checkout.
Standard shipping charges
For the destinations below, orders of US$100 or more after discounts qualify for free standard shipping. Orders below US$100 pay the destination-based fee shown below. Lightweight accessories and other low-value products are not automatically free to ship.

The lower-value tier covers our current lightweight accessories, including charging cables, ear tips, earplugs, swim caps and carrying cases. Rates are determined by order value and destination, not a 200 g checkout weight limit. Other destinations and expedited delivery are quoted at checkout or by customer support.
Hong Kong, Macao & other destinations
Hong Kong and Macao are included in our configured shipping destinations. Orders to Hong Kong and Macao ship by SF Express. Shipping is US$7.99 for orders below US$100, with free SF Express shipping available for orders of US$100 or more after discounts. Delivery estimates for Hong Kong and Macao are available from customer support; the historical delivery ranges below do not cover these destinations.
Our shipping coverage is not limited to the destinations in the table above. Other configured destinations remain available subject to checkout availability and carrier restrictions. Their applicable shipping charges are shown before payment.

The estimates below include order processing and standard shipping. All ranges are in calendar days from placing your order; do not add processing time again.

These estimates are based on recent completed orders. Some destinations have limited historical samples. Other destinations, remote areas and outlying islands require individual estimates. Customs checks, holidays, address issues and carrier disruptions may extend delivery beyond these ranges. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
5. Tracking
When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after the order has been dispatched. Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after shipment.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Import duties, taxes, customs charges, or other destination-country fees may apply depending on local rules. Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge and are the responsibility of the recipient.
7. Delivery Delays
Delivery may be delayed by severe weather, customs inspections, carrier disruptions, public holidays, natural disasters, address issues, or other events outside our reasonable control. We will assist with available tracking information, but we cannot guarantee carrier transit times.
8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If an order is returned, delayed, or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at checkout, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
9. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package appears to be lost in transit or arrives visibly damaged, please contact us at cs@tayogo.com with your order number and supporting photos or tracking information where available. We will review the case and assist with the appropriate next steps.
10. Shipping Availability
We ship to many international destinations. Certain countries, regions, or addresses may be unavailable due to carrier restrictions, regulatory requirements, or service limitations. Current availability is shown at checkout.
