These headphones are awesome. Sound quality is quite good much less expensive than competitors. Took some fiddling to connect to my phone as it doesn’t show up as tayogo in Bluetooth settings. Perfect to listen to podcast while swimming.

Great Headset! Been buying different swimming headphones for years now. These work great and are very innovative. Tried some from a different company once and went straight back Tayogo. This is the next step in swimming headphones. Battery life is good and I usually don’t have to charge for a few days at a time. Just bought these, but last pair I had are still working and still super comfortable as well.

When I tried to go swimming with them they didn't work. However, one of my partners is an audio engineer. He explained how they work and I realized they were losing contact with my ear slightly while I was swimming. When I put on a swim cap that kept them pressed against my ear, they worked great.

I’ve used waterproof MP3 players before but always found them fiddly, unreliable, or just not that enjoyable to listen to. This Tayogo set has been a game-changer. Whether I’m doing laps or just floating around the pool, having my favourite music or a podcast playing makes a huge difference. Setup was surprisingly easy—connect your phone via Bluetooth to the transmitter, leave it at the side of the pool, and the headphones pick it up with minimal fuss. I swim lengths in a 25m pool and haven’t noticed any signal issues, especially when I keep the transmitter near the midpoint. The sound quality is honestly better than expected, especially with swim earplugs in. You get that bone conduction clarity with a decent amount of bass (though yes, it can feel a bit odd when your ear goes underwater—it can get louder briefly). The built-in MP3 mode is handy too if you want to ditch the phone altogether. They’re comfortable, stay put even during crawl, and haven’t once felt like slipping off. Battery life has easily outlasted my swim sessions, and everything fits neatly into the included zip-up case. The transmitter is a bit chunky but well-built and easy to use—even with wet hands. Overall, it’s a brilliant bit of kit that actually works the way you want it to. Makes solo swims far less boring, and I now look forward to getting in the pool. I wasn't sure what to expect from headphones that could be worn in the pool but I was intrigued by the ability to listen to music while I swim laps. I was able to pair these with my iPhone very easily. I streamed Apple music and it worked seamlessly. Once in the water, I was impressed by how crisp the sound quality was. These are a game changer to be able to listen to what you want in the pool. The ability to listen to music makes swimming laps a lot more enjoyable and I've found that if I listen to faster music, my pace quickens and I get a better workout. I'm so happy that I took a chance and decided to try these because it's making my swimming much more enjoyable! 5 out of 5 stars!

I have been searching for years for a reasonably priced swimming headset that could connect to my phone and provide clear sound underwater. This is it, with one caveat: use with swim earplugs. When I first tried this a few weeks ago, the sound was static-free but slightly distorted by the water. The following week I used my swim earplugs with the the headset and the distortion was gone. Sound as clear underwater as it was above water (or close enough). I put the transmitter, with antenna fully extended, on an object at the side of the pool roughly mid length of the olympic length. The transmitter is squat at the bottom to stand up solidly on any flat surface, even in the face of wind. Swimming freestyle, my right ear is repeatedly going under and out of the water, during which the sound quality remains relatively unchanged. I have experienced no other swimming headset, at an affordable cost, that comes close to matching this. Setup is easy if you follow the direction. Hold the transmitter button down for 2 seconds to turn on. Then hold the headset power button down 2 seconds to turn on. Connect to phone via bluetooth - "T6". Then double press the headset power button for "receive mode" which automatically connects to transmitter. The connection to the phone at that point is no different than for any earbuds. There are multiple channel options but I have not had a need to change. The antenna unscrews from the transmitter and everything fits cleanly in its protective case which is light enough to keep in your gym bag all the time. Quality of everything seems good - very sturdy/solid. Definitely recommend. If anyone from Toyogo reads this I suggest including a pair of inexpensive earplugs with the set.

Bought this for lap swimming and I think it works OK. You will need to use the earplugs provided and even an ear cap especially if you are using it to listen to audio book or podcasts which you need to listen to every word. Otherwise the air bubble during your swim (I swim freestyle) will interfere with the clarity. Probably less of a concern if you are listening to music, when you probably put up with more background noise. The transmitter battery last much longer than the ear piece. I got about 4 hours of swim from a single charge on the ear piece before the battery ran out while the transmitter still had 80 to 70%. I give it a 4 start for the above reason. I only have it for 3 weeks and so far so good. Let’s see if it last longer than a year. If not I will revised my review.

I work in a campground, kids ripped the drain cover off, I dove down with my headphones on, and replaced the cover while holding on to a cement block, as I finished, my boss was praising me, as it prevented the pool from being drained/repaired/refilled during the heatwave!!! He was almost done when I removed the heafphones to say..... "What?" He had no idea I was having so much fun, blows my mind that music can sound/feel so good underwater!!!! Coolest thing EVER!!! Pink Floyd under water is simply amazing!!!

If you are a swimmer and enjoy long swims, especially lap swimming this is a must have! I've purchased and spent hundreds of dollars on devices but this one has not let me down yet, especially for the price! It's also very comfortable having the music travel through bone conductor outside your ears! Fits really snug with my swim cap, doesn't fall off when I flip turn and kick off the wall! The sound is vibrant and clear and it's great to use if you use streaming services for your music as well! I haven't had any problems,yet! On a full charge it last close to 3 hours which is perfect for me ! Also, I can swim 5 feet under water and the sound still come through without any static or noise.

Great product the transmission distance is ok but the depth that the transmission goes is quite shallow. I lose the signal at about 3-4 feet. Still a wonderful product and look forward to updated versions hopefully with expanded depth and range!

This is what I’ve been looking for! This works while swimming laps in the pool. Perfect audio (raise the antenna). Took minutes to set up and connect to Bluetooth. Super easy. Now I can listen to podcasts and music while swimming from my phone/bluetooth.

This is exactly what I needed. After doing my research, selecting a budget friendly product was not easy. But they do the job. I am a casual, summer only, outdoor swimmer for cardio. My pool is small about 30ft at most, so it gets boring doing so many short laps. But being able to stream a podcast was a game changer. I used mine under a swim cap and had absolutely no problem with them. They fit good, they sound as expected (I knew it wasn’t going to be the BEST quality) but I could hear clearly, did not have any problems with the connection and they never moved; not once did I adjust them. I don’t completely submerge in water, just free style and turn around on top vs underwater, they got wet of course but I can’t tell you what its like if you’re in the deep end. I’ll come back next season for an update, but so far great!

While I enjoy listening to music through my earbuds or headphones, they cause my ears to ache. When I saw these, I knew I needed to give them a try, even though it's believed that bone conduction headphones have inferior sound quality. That can't be further from the truth! The sound is clean and rich, the bass is deep and strong, and there's the added experience of feeling some notes. I am hooked and have absolutely no desire to go back to buds or regular headphones ever again. I enjoyed music for four hours straight before receiving a voice notification that the battery was low. It took 1.5 hours to fully charge these up again with the included magnetic charging cable. One improvement would be to make that cable longer than 2 ft. These are comfortable to wear as nothing is pulling down on or digging into my ears, and I don't have to continuously resecure them as I do with earbuds. The silicone cord is useful in that it fine-tunes the fit to my head. I can run, mountain bike, and hike without the headphones shifting or threatening to fall off. I tested all components, and everything worked beautifully. These easily paired with my Samsung Galaxy phone, and also worked as an FM receiver, and with the T6. The only thing I did not try was swimming with these, so I can't speak to that. I am looking forward to being able to wear these in the rain without worrying about them being damaged. Everything comes in a really nice, rigid case. The included instruction manuals are clear and easy to understand. The product photos and descriptions are also helpful in showing and explaining even more about this whole setup. I feel this is reasonably priced at $120, especially considering all the extras -- the bone conduction headphones, a T6 receiver with a telescoping, detachable antenna, two charging cables (one magnetic, one USB-C), a USB-C to USB-A adapter, a silicone cord for tightening the headband, a hard storage case, and a set of silicone earplugs.

I swim for for fairly long (about 1-2 hours 5-6 times a week) so I've had multiple headsets over the years. So far after a couple weeks of use these are great. Pros: Easy set up Variety of music/audio books/podcasts - no downloading Semi- Cons Sound quality not as good (totally decent though) as my old pair of Shokz but half the price with streaming capability so not really a con Battery Life - gave me about 2 workouts ~3 hrs for headset and transmitter. Again, not really a con, I'm happy to charge it every couple days The only other option I've seen with Bluetooth capability are Zygo's at about 3x the price. I haven't owned a pair but I haven't heard great reports from other swimmers who own them. All in all seems like a great cost effective purchase if you looking to stream music while swimming. I held off on getting these for awhile, I swim early in the mornings and I just didn't love the idea of wasting time setting up a transmitter, finding a playlist etc. Literally only added about 10 seconds to set up, attach the antenna, hit the playlist and go. Pretty seamless

Actually an amazing option, but isn't for everyone, and has some drawbacks. I've only seen one other option for streaming from your phone while swimming (Zygo) - and it's much more expensive. Price on this is pretty reasonable for the technology. Bluetooth doesn't transmit under water, so this is a great alternative. However, it only works to about 1 foot under water. For normal lap swimming, this is fine - except for flip turns. Every flip turn creates static while you're turning. If you don't do flip turns - then it's not a problem. If you do, then this is the biggest downside. Sound quality is good (nice and clear, but not fancy). Sound is good for music while swimming. You can listen to a podcast, but the volume is a little light with the noise of the water (using ear plugs) - but still doable. I haven't tried the talk to swimmer feature, but assume it would be clear. Extremely easy to set up and use. Fit is great. If it's like my other Tayogo headphones - the battery life and range are excellent. But I just got it, so I don't know for sure yet. I have a few Shokz swimming headphones. They are a little better (sound quality and comfort), but more expensive, lower battery life, lower bluetooth range, and most importantly - they don't stream. So that's the key. If you want to stream, like I do, these are great. If you just want to listen to preloaded music (mp3s) - you don't need these. These headphones also have regular bluetooth - in case you want to use them outside of the water I haven't tried out the maximum range yet, but the signal seems very strong. In a pool, I can't imagine it could be a problem. But I'm going to try them in open water and see how far they go.

I wanted to wait until I used these headphones 3 times so that I could really check them out. I have to say that I LOVE them. There is a similar product which is always on my FB feed which cost 3x as much. I wasn't ready to spend too much money but was definitely getting bored with my swim routine. After seeing pretty positive reviews for this, I decided to take a chance on it. I purchased the Tayogo headphones expecting it to be just ok, but was pleasantly surprised. I didn't want to deal with having to download and convert files so this seemed like it would be a good solution for me. I loved that it came with the hear plugs and a nice sturdy case. I was very impressed with the sound of it as well as the ability to stay on. I swim with a snorkel and goggles so I was concerned that it would just be bulky and interfere with my equipment. I was pleasantly surprised at how light the headset was as well. It never slipped off nor did it squeeze my head. I haven't charged it since the initial charge and have swam with it for 3 hours now. I have a spotify playlist that I use and haven't had any issues. I think once in my three times the music cut out for about 2 seconds. There's very little static noise and the volume is good. I'm excited to try audio books next. Thanks for making an affordable product that brings some joy in what could be a bit boring exercise routine.

Great stuff. Don't expect superb sound quality though, but that is what you get with bone conduction. It's ok. Wear a swimming cap holding it tight against your head and the goggles too. If you don't like swimming with a cap the goggles are enough wrapping around the area close to your ears. But it alone definitely will not hold into place. Signal works well without the antenna extended (it's ridiculously long lol) inside a backpack (my club doesn't allow phones and I rather be discrete with this weird product). Only thing that I think they could improve is to have a next song button on the headset, it doesn't work when connected to the transmitter.

I was looking for technology like this for a while. I had a great set of swim headphones but they only played mp3s. Now that all my music is via Spotify I needed a way to listen to my phone streaming music while I was swimming. But Bluetooth does not work in water. There are a few very expensive solutions to this problem and some of them are not available to buy in Australia yet. I stumbled upon the Tayogo while doing an internet search. Appeared to be exactly what I was looking for. Given the low price point I did not have high expectations. But I was amazed. These work very very well. I workout in a 25m pool and keep the radio about 5m from the end of the pool. Sound is crystal clear even when doing tumble turns at the far end of pool. Out of the water the sound is a bit tinny. But with your head in the water it is a really good, well balanced, rich sound. As it is a radio signal you can't control the playlist from the headset. You can +/- the volume but you can't skip music tracks. The work around to this is to use your smart watch to control you phone which will work via bluetooth when you are at the end of the pool. Some channels on the radio use more battery power than others so try a few to see what maximises use times between recharges. The bone conduction headset fits very well - it comes with a little rubber band that pulls the sides closer together. I loop this under my goggles strap at the back and the headset sits super secure for an hour in the pool even when I am doing sprints. I had a small issue and I have to say that the customer service is oustanding. Great product, awesome service , excellent price.

I've been a fan of the Tayogo headsets for several years now. Always using the MP3 player versions and wondering when they would evolve to support streaming. I considered other "first to market" products/vendors, but decided to patiently wait for Tayogo. I'm very happy with Tayogo product. I was also impressed that they (or their marketing agency) proactively emailed me to make me aware of the product. I swim in an indoor 100-meter pool and the reception is very good. While I get minor static when I flip turn, overall I'm very satisfied with the quality of the product and the streaming music!!

It works well, as expected. The white bone headset has a good noise quality when used with BT but the T6 Transmitter still produces background noises like analogue radios do. Have you even thought about a digital transmission using the same frequences?
