Return & Refund Policy

Important Note: This policy applies exclusively to orders placed directly through our official website, Tayogo.com. If you purchased your Tayogo product through Amazon, eBay, or another authorized retailer, please refer to that platform’s specific return policy and contact their customer support for assistance.

1. Return Window

You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Return Process & Costs

To initiate a return for a Tayogo.com order:

Contact Support: Email cs@tayogo.com with your Order Number.
Authorization: Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product to our Hong Kong office. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your item at our Hong Kong facility, we will inspect it and notify you of the status:

Approved Returns: We will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Processing Time: Credit typically appears within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank's policies.

4. Warranty Policy & Exclusions (1-Year Limited)

We provide a 1-year limited warranty on manufacturing defects for electronics. Please note the following exclusions:

In-Ear Headphones: Broken, frayed, or snapped wires resulting in sound loss are considered physical damage/wear and tear and are not covered under warranty.
Hygiene: Used wearable items (like earplugs) cannot be returned unless defective.
General: Damage from unauthorized disassembly or extreme impact is not covered.
